There are some true ump clones out there in sbr configs and 16" configs that you can get, but there are only available temporarily. I know gunbroker.com has some for sale. They're based off the usc but use ump parts for everything except the trigger control group. Here's the link: They said the .40S&W mount and .45 mount can be used on either barrel. They even pointed me to a section in the technical manual: "The UMP suppressor, while designed specifically for the HK .45 caliber UMP submachine gun, functions properly on the .40 S&W caliber version of this weapon."
