Literally this perk overlaps the well balanced Self-Care. There is a reason why SELF-Care exists, why it has such a long timer and a perk slot in expense of the ability to heal yourself. Self-Care takes 32 Seconds to heal yourself. Boon takes less to place and heal yourself. Plus being able to give a quarter of the map the ability to do it too.
