Remove the courtesy lamp at the lower rear end of the panel. There is 1 screw behind the lamp and 1 screw under the P/W switch housing. Remove those 2 screws and lift the door panel straight up to disengage the retaining hooks. Disconnect the courtesy lamp and the speaker and the panel is off. RON.
